Little brother taken to Hospital by Ambulance

Me, friend shane, younger brother matt, and younger brother Ryan were on the trampoline. I was holding on to Ryan's Leg, and my other younger brother Matthew (there twins) jumped on top of him to get him down and his Knee cracked.

He came down Yelling and Screaming and we had to call 911. I feel so damn guilty because he was the last player we needed and I convined him to come out.

This sucks so bad; my Moms gonna kill me when she gets home....My birthday is on New Years too....

O, we were playing Tag Team Wrestling. me matt vs ryan shane

Ouch, sorry to hear it. But....I grew up with 2 older brothers, this stuff is to be expected. I got my ass whooped, and they always got theirs messed up too, whether it was innocent fun as in your case, or all out anger wars. Either way, hope he's OK!

He came home last night at 3:00 AM. I was asleep by then

I woke up in the Morning and found out he dislocated his knee. They said they could not pop it back in because there is too much swelling. He will be on medicine and stuff for about a week until he goes back to the hospital.

My mother was home when he got hurt she hoped in the Ambulanced with him.

He's taken it alright. The only problem is he takes adrenal or something like that to help him focus in school and he can't take that with the medicine they gave him so he is going to be really goofey.

I'm pretty much grounded meaning my parents are not gonna take me to the gym. So I'll have to go over and bench press at shanes house and workout there.

That is gonna suck when they have to pop it back in. I'm not gonna watch that...
 
yeah, dislocating a joint is kinda hard :p Maybe he dislocated his tibia (like the tibia fell out of the socket) or his kneecap.. can your femur get dislocated from the knee? that can't be very normal..

The doctor just called about it.

He dislocated the KneeCap. His kneecap was shifted to the left of his leg. I think it is called the patella.

Anyone know why they marked black x on his ankle? I just noticed it.
 
thought it was a patella dislocation. Knee ones are pretty rare can even be fatal or bad consequences because of all the nerves and arteries in close proximity.

Would be cool if you could scan the xray up :p

I wish I could get that. I could ask my Mother to see if the doctor would send her an email of it? But I haven't seen the x-rays yet.
 
Oh mate. Sorry to hear it. I've done something very similar. I'm thinking I'll make a thread about it. Just serve him drinks or something :D
