Sport lite yogurt or regular?

Sport Fitness
i buy my yogurt from publix (local store) and they have 2 kinds. they have the lite brand which has:
140 calories
.5 fat
18 carbs
13 sugar
10 protein

and they have the normal brand which has:
240 cals
2.5 fat
45 carbs
42 sugar
10 protein

im bulking, so which brand should i get??? both have real fruit in them, but im wondering if the normal stuff has ADDED sugar. i dont think added sugar is necisary so im eating the light stuff even though i want more calories. which do you suspect is healthier? ty (>^^)>

Stay the **** away from the regular. You may as well go running for a box of Krispy Kremes. Assuming all of the calorie difference is added sugar and not just a ****load of fruit (highly unlikely). Read the ingredients..if you see anything that isn't milk, probiotic cultures, fruit..then it probably is. If there are no ingredients, just assume it's poison. Anything with nutritional information or ingredients not listed = bad by default. :)

Bulk clean..there's no need to get fat and give yourself kidney stones when gaining muscle.

Get some plain yogurt. I know it sounds pretty gross, but the regular ol ones are loaded, and I mean loaded with sugar.. That lite yogurt ain't too bad, I like a brand called Mountain High, pretty gnarly stuff right there..
