list of my supplements

these are what i take daily:
fish oil 1000mg
folic acid 800 mcg
l-lysine 500 mg
l-glutamine 500 mg
mens multi-vitamin

on days that i work out i take those plus :

pre-workout:
l-arginine 500 mg
boost high protein

post-workout:
creatine 5 g
protein shake


is there anything i should add ?
 
Personally, I would break the creatine up into 3g pre-workout and 2g afterward if you want to only intake 5g a day. The creatine pre-workout helps you remain energerized thoughout the workout and the post for the muscle to re-fuel quickly and recover.
