Liquid vs. Pills/Tablets

Im sure most of us take multi-vitamins. Whether its centrums, one a day, animal paks - whatever it is you usually find it in a pill or tablet form! Now the question is how many people are taking a multi-vitamin thats a liquid? Most of you may think there is no difference at all, but in truth there is a huge difference! The fact alone that your body is only absorbing 10-20%, maybe 30% of what is stated on the bottles for your pills meaning your not even geting your money's worth. With a liquid multi-vitamin your body actually takes in 90% of whats actually entering the body! And its put into use heck of alot quicker than a pill!

Look at it this way, when you eat dinner, and after dinner you have to go to the washroom its usually because of #1 you dont have to go #2 for a few hours later or even until the next day! All that says is nutrients and minerals are absorbed alot quicker out of liquids because they don't have to be broken down like foods!

If anyone is interested in checking out some info on a liquid Vitamin I have let me know, its pretty powerful, and it doesn't hurt to take a peek!

If you are not a spammer (and frankly I believe you are), go ahead and post the scientific research that...
1. proves liquid vitamins have better absorption
2. proves the liquid vitamins you're trying to peddle here are better than leading pill-form vitamins...namely Life Force by Source Naturals.

Otherwise I call shennanigans and we'll ban you in a heartbeat.

For sure, I thank you for not banning me right away, and allowing me to at least share this with people! But since I am a recent member, I cannot post any links up yet. So once I am able to do so I will most definitely will

As for the spammer part, thats a big negative hehe :)

Liquid preparations are much more susceptible to contamination, microbial growth, and are less stable than caps/tabs and also leave much more room for doing error. And the bioavailabilty has nothing to do with liquid vs. solid. And although liquids are absorbed quicker they also pass the stomach very quickly which would not allow adequate time for some nutrients that need to dwell in the stomach (eg B12 and Intrinsic Factor).
