Lifting and Golf, what a mix

Hello,
I started to serious lift about 3-4 years ago, I am now 19 and play golf. If you want some and gain massive yardage, then you must start lifting. I gained about 35-40 yards off the tee the next year after starting to lift. One day I work the upper body and the next day the lower body. I created a site called and I am adding new articles everyday to the site. I am putting together my routine that I use now and will be posting it in the next day or two.
