So I was going to post this in the "Contests and Challenges" part of the forum but it wouldn't allow me to. This challenge started on the 21st but I just found out about it and found some of the tips helpful. Here's the link for anyone interested:
 
glad to see how they feel about whey protein.....i've been dieting for 3 weeks so far but now i just started day number 3 of my low carb high protein diet. It's brutal lol and i drink plenty of whey protein shakes so im glad to see that helps. Thanks for that!!!
