Okay, so I would like to know some small easy ways to change my lifestyle that will promote a healthier me!
I have a couple, but I'd like anyone's suggestions. Also, please let me know if something sounds extremely unhealthy...
1. Eat one cup of yogurt per day.
2. Do not eat past 5p.m.
4. In stead of walking Berger for only a block, walk him at least 5.
5. Take the stairs up to my office whenever I have the oppurtonity.
Okay...Can't think of anything else yet.
