Life Force

No idea. someone told me (Evo maybe?) that it was tested and had really high absorption rates.

I'm looking at trying it next time I need vitamins.

Yeah. A test was done on a huge number of multivitamins. The Life Force multi (Source Naturals) came in at like a 98.something% absorbability rate.
 
and it looks like you have to take 3-4 of them to get those % listed on the label, right Evo? so really, if your diet's good, you could probably take half doses a day.
