life after the program

so i started using a DVD home training program, it has given good results so far. what i am wondering is, after i get fit, how do i stay there?

to clarify, i am not an exercise enthusiast, and i don't see myself working out everyday for the rest of my life. but after i get the body i want, i would like to maintain it for as long as possible.

what would be some suggestions to keep muscle tone and body shape, without committing to exercising on a regular basis? eating right, is a given, would you maybe be able to maintain your physical level by doing a certain type of workout routine once a week, or something like that?

also, i need so tips to stay motivated. i made it about half-way through the program a few weeks ago, but haven't really done anything since. I want to get back into it, but can't seem to make myself. any help would be appreciated.

If you stop working out, you will definitely loose muscle after a while, and If you want to get into fitness at all, ATLEAST have the commitment to continue exercising. Don't think that everyone can get their dream body, but slack off and still look amayzznn.

Eat big, lift big, get big.

Motivation is totally personal and to a large extent so is training.
For aesthetic training you will need to motivate yourself based on how it is improving your appearance.
As with any training this means variation though with single aim always around a theme.
What looks good is totally personal. If you want to be leaner or bigger, etc. the training will be different. There are good programs on here that could help. If not come back with as much info as you can regarding what you want to be and what kit you have available.

Tips to stay motivated!! I think the best can be to be in the company of positive minded people only.
