lol anyone else only lick the the flavour off sakata rice biscuits and the like cos they are scared of carbs?? silly q but is the flavouring where the cals are at..is this just as bad as eating the rice cracker??
 
My dad would slap you for wasting food! LOL.. just eat the cracker. Yeah, it's carbs, but they're filling.

Seriously though - that's not a healthy relationship with food and best avoided. Maybe your diet is missing in something you need - like salt. Or perhaps your food is a bit bland and you need to add a little more flavour.
 
I can think of better things to lick than crackers!! HAHAHAHAHA
