l'glutamine and CLA

Firstly I am on my creatine phase. I have been on it approaching the 3rd week. I am really happpy cause I don't notice any weight gain but I feel stronger in my workouts. But I feel like taking L'glutamine and cla. I know someone who took cla and they gained like 10 pounds of muscle. Honestly I don't want, that I just want to tone up my system. Do you guys think that these two suppluments will help. I have been working out for 2 years now. I am 147, 5, 11''. I want to get down to 142 perhaps 140. I am looking for a bruce lee body of steel with a really cut lean muscle, look as in Ryan reynolds in Blade Trinity. Thanks for all the help.

You just named two very very diffrent body types there. Bruce Lee got his body from working out with body weight only pretty much every second of every day, he is very thin. Ryan Reynolds packed on tonnes of muscle in a year or so. he prob used roids. he did massive amount of weight training and mega bulking, then just before the film he stripped off all the weight, prob with more drugs.

These two ppl have very extreme bodys, its not like you can just expact to get like that in a short time with no effort. for Bruce it took his whole life, and for Ryan it took all the money, best trainers in the world, high quality drugs and 100% effort. Normal people cant work out like this.

CLA is touted as a weight loss supplement. You don't use it to gain weight no matter what your friend says. Glutamine is generally a waste of money unless you have stomach ulcers.

hey man if your wanting to lean up and get some definition look at this. The Navy Seal Workout : The Compete Total-Body Fitness Program -- by Mark De Lisle; Paperback book. You can find it on Amazon.com. I have been doing the workout that is laid out in this book. If your already in decent shape you shouldnt have a problem with it. I just started running and working out again a couple of weeks ago but following what this guy had laid out I have already started to notice a difference. It will definitely get you into shape.

Yup, one of my part-time jobs is working in/selling sports nutrition/performance products. I've tried a lot of products.
