lets say

my routnine was always running 5 days a week 6.4k everytime, but lately i haven't been running on the track. Bu then again even though i haven't been running my normal routine i've been playing basketball during these days, being the fact it's still cardio and i still run alot down the court in ball, if i get back to running on the track again my time won't be off by that much right? Becasue i didn't fully stop running, i still used it in basketball.
