Hi, I'm 21, female, and want to shed off those last few extra pounds that have become harder for me, i guess I lost motivation when I wasn't seeing results and now want to start new.
I currently weight 136 pounds and am 5'4''.
My goal: 124lbs
This is how I plan to go on with this thread, all those people who wish to all loose those extra pounds and somehow have lost or are low at motivation can join this thread so we can motivate each other to reach our goals.
Here are the rules:
1) All those who wish to join give their current weight and their goal.
2) Age and height included.
3) It's healthiest to loose 2-4 lbs per week, so every week, each follower puts up his/her progress and also the downfalls and then explain why that downfall happen and vow not to go for it again.
4) We all should keep the environment positive and boost up the one who feels low, so he/she can start again.
5) Followers can include their weight loss plans- exercises that helped them or diets (though I'm personally not in favor of going on specific diets, I believe that we should eat all but in lesser quantity, except sodas and sugary stuff )
Open to ideas, feel free to suggest ideas that may improve this thread!
