Hi, I'm 21, female, and want to shed off those last few extra pounds that have become harder for me, i guess I lost motivation when I wasn't seeing results and now want to start new.
I currently weight 136 pounds and am 5'4''.
My goal: 124lbs

This is how I plan to go on with this thread, all those people who wish to all loose those extra pounds and somehow have lost or are low at motivation can join this thread so we can motivate each other to reach our goals.

Here are the rules:
1) All those who wish to join give their current weight and their goal.
2) Age and height included.
3) It's healthiest to loose 2-4 lbs per week, so every week, each follower puts up his/her progress and also the downfalls and then explain why that downfall happen and vow not to go for it again.
4) We all should keep the environment positive and boost up the one who feels low, so he/she can start again.
5) Followers can include their weight loss plans- exercises that helped them or diets (though I'm personally not in favor of going on specific diets, I believe that we should eat all but in lesser quantity, except sodas and sugary stuff ;) )

Open to ideas, feel free to suggest ideas that may improve this thread!

Best of luck! :)

Tm, you should probably post this on the challenge or the contest section;

http://weight-loss.fitness.com/forums/30-Club-Challenges

It won't get much attention here.

P.s: Good luck with your goals and welcome to the forum!

Hey, I'm 25 and been over weight for as long as I can remember. I have gone on lots of diets and lost loads of weight and managed to put it all back on again. I am currently traveling for a year and I am at my biggest I have ever been. I know I need to do something about it but I guess being so far from family and friends its hard to get on top of it. I would like to join this challenge hopefully get motivation from people is similar situations.
I do not have a weighing scales, but I think I am around 14 stone- 5ft 4in and 25 years old. I hope to move more and eat healthier :)

Hey 2lazy!

trust me, i have done that to myself too. its quiet annoying and discouraging and thays the reason im starting this thread here.

lets put all that aside and start new. :) im not much in favor of fad diets but i do believe that if we lower down the quantity of food we eat slowly and gradually and start an active life style, a lot good and 'staying' results can occur. time consuming but its healthy, thus worth it.

so from today, make this decision to cut down 25% of what you eat every day. i ll be doing the same. and lets add some exercise. :) we ll be down to our goals soon! :)
