Let's make goal buddies!!

I think it'd be a great thing to have people buddy up and help each other with their goals and to be accountable to. We can help each other with workout and eating routines. Let me know what you think!

I'm 189-192 lbs (20-22% BF) and my goal is 168... (<15% BF)...

If figure to hit my goal early in the new year...

I'm in, but whoever is paired to me will have to wait a couple of weeks as I'm still recovering :)

Awesome!!! I totally think it would be great to have 2 people with different goals together so that we can help each other out..not just ourselves. I would like to have it so that we can make up routines for each other. You guys can go ahead and choose who you feel like you could help out the most. Get to know each other. This is going to be so much fun!! I don't know much about how guy's bodies work...so, Nicole..do you want to work with me??? Though, if someone can't find a partner..I wouldn't mind having more than one. I'll just do some research on what works best for different people. Thanks guys!!!

yahoo, a support group finally

i know how to loose the weight. what i have a probl;em with is the motivation. i know just about every excersize and every diet and every nutrition fact, and every "weight loss tip" and i actually lost 50 pounds. well, funny story short i tried gaining some weight because i got too skinny and now i don't want to stop eating

so is there any body who wants to be my buddy

tell me what you guys are doing!

so how do we want to do this?

there isn't really any "magic bullet. but i do know 2 things... drugs do not, nor will they ever work, and excersize is more beneficial than diet. when i wake up the first thing i do is lace up my shoes and go running 3-16 miles, then follow that with some stretching. this put my day into perspective and it helps me make healthy decisions all day.

so... the first thing i would suggest is for you all to get up in the morning and before you do anything (especially before eating) go running.

should we have a weekly weigh in? and what other things????????


here's what i need help with: motivation. just got off a injury and gotta get back to running and lifting
