Hi guys I'm new to this. So a little bit about me I'm 29 I used to cruse through life at 8% body fat. boxing , mma and the gym was my life however it's been 7 years since I stopped caring and the lbs have piled on. About 3 weeks ago I weighed 178lbs and that seriously damaged my confidence. To me I looked hideous so I decided enough was enough. I completed a 9day full body detox with amazing results, 16lbs and 11 inches lost. Now another week and a half on I'm down to 156lbs. Possibly could of been more but I made a few dietary slip ups. I know follow a macronutrient diet and feel amazing. I'm now at 18% body fat from 25%. So I'm here to keep up my motivation. Aiming for 10% body fat. My maintenance calorie level is 2535. I eat a ton of food to get around 200g carbs 180g protein and 20-40g fats (less than 7% saturated) and always come in at a 800-1000 calorie deficit. My energy levels are through the roof.
