Hey guys so I need a some help if I'm honest I'm 21 6ft4 and 350lbs I've been big since I was about 10 but as I've grown up tall I've thought it was the norm, I've been a bit ill recently with Astmah and due to checks and doctors appointments I've concluded its because of my weight my fitness is awful I play football weekly and have suddley starterd struggling with that I believe its because of my sudden weight gain due to very poor diet; it suddenly becomes normal for you to eat rubbish, I keep telling my self I'm gonna get healthy but I'l go out for a run and not be able to run 30 steps because of my cardio ( lucky my coach hasn't seen me he would whoop my ass ) but i just need some help, will loosing weight and getting fitter make my breathing more easy?
