What do you guys think? Steve?

the diet looks good for the most part!! What types of veggies are you going to be eating?

Also remember to get carbs/protein before and after your workouts. Fast digesting protein - whey.

p.s. what workout is that?

I would recommend following a professionally designed workout.

like any of the ones from the new rules of lifting, or even Chad Waterbury's 10X3 for fat loss. They are intense but definitely worth it.

good luck.

You should know that when you're dieting and having eggs, you should only be having the white.
Two egg whites are better than one whole egg.
I may be new here, but I have tried it, and I know it works.

Hm. I'll disagree with the egg-whites only comment. I have never eaten just the egg whites. The yolk has a huge amount of nutrients and there's no reason to avoid them unless you're really trying to avoid dietary cholesterol (and there are few reasons that you have to do that, either).

Just to update, here's the USDA table on nutritional values of white vs. yolk (the first figure is white / the second figure is yolk):

Protein 3.6 g / 2.7g
Fat 0.05g / 4.5g
Calcium 2.3 mg / 21.9 mg
Folate 1.3 mcg / 24.8 mcg (particularly important for women of childbearing age)
Vitamin A 0 IU / 245 IU
Vitamin D 0 IU / 18.3 IU

Just as a general guidelines.

Hey Everyone! Ive started this journey for the 3rd time. Hopefully it will work. As they say 3rd times a charm. Lets see if I can work hard and finally make this happen!~:biggrinjester:
