Hello :)
I would like to say Hello! and start my journal.
I am 34 years old and 193 cm tall, at the moment I have a 110 kilo.
I would like to drop 15kilos and weigh 95 kilos.
Earlier, I wounded 134 kilos and dropped 24 kilos in a year and a 3 months.
From my experience it results that when I stick to the diet and sport for 15 kilos I need 3 and half a month,
but when I add holiday parties, food for canteen during postgraduate studies and trips will take me about 7 months.
So I give myself a fair date July 7, 2019 - my birthday.

My targets:
December 17, 2018 - 110
January 12, 2019 - 108
February 7, 2019 - 106
March 5, 2019 - 104
March 31, 2019 - 102
April 26, 2019 - 100
May 22, 2019 - 98
June 17, 2019 - 96
July 6, 2019 - 95

A big support in achieving my goal will be to write information about my diet here.
Because I do not do a lot of sport - I want to aim for a normal diet of around 2000 calories.

So lets start!
 
The first day:
Tartar and raw egg - 500 + 150 calories
Banana 120 calories
Ready lunch from the store - rice, meat - 600 calories

Sport:
Salsa dance - slow beginer

Day numer #2
today I was on a job interview in a large corporation - think was ok :)
Today i eated 1400 calories :)
 
Good luck with the job interview & well done on the 1400 cals :)
