I don't think there's any exercise that will increase your height. At least none that I've ever heard of that "actually works". Pilates will give you more tone and definition.
You could try The Alexander Technique. It can help you reach your full height, many people lose height by holding tension in their body which effectively pulls them down and shortens the spine. I know someone who gained over an inch once they learnt to let go of the tension.
