Sport lemon???

my friend eats lemons all the time and she lost a lot of weight like 10lbs or so... I haven't asked her how many she eats or anything cause I don't wanna sound mean or anything... so is that any good.. is it healthy.. and does it really help you loose weight.. fat//??
 
this is a touchy subject because mostly all the lemon is going to do it fill you up. The lemon diet is not the healthy way to lose weight.
 
As Larrabee mentioned, this is just another fad diet. You'd be better off spending your time learning how to eat well for life and working out. Your results will be more permanent and much healthier.
 
I never heard of this diet however the acid in lemon will lower the GI of a carb if taken in at the same time which could help reduce the spiking of insulin.

yea all the lemon would do is fill you up and maybe suppress your appetite.. ..... that's probably why she lost the weight
 
i bet she doesn't have a vitamin C deficiency though :)
