Sport Lemon Juice?

I like to put lemon juice in my water when I can. I've been eating healthy for maybe 3 weeks now and started to get serious. Should I stop getting lemon juice and just eat plain water? I get lemon juice from bottles and everything reads as 0 per servings (which is a teaspoon).
 
The lemon juice is fine to put in your water.

The acid in it will actually help lower the GI in carbs, which in turn, will help reduce the spike of insulin.
