Leg fatigue

Hi all

I have a question. Up until 2 years ago I did no exercise at all (apart from the occasianol swim) and i have/had a sedentary office job.
I am 42, and have had many issues over the last 20 years with chronic fatigue and problems with weak legs. It is only recently that i have decided to take up cycling/exercise spin bike as a form of daily exercise.
I have found that it is making an amazing difference to my well being mental and physical strength. I can feel that the strength in my legs is increasing.
What i want to know is, if i keep at this long term, will i still see improvements in my leg strength ? I still get occasional dips where i feel fatigued.
Do i need to increase resistance training on the bike, or increase the distances ?

Cheers

Mackabee
