Leg Extensions with Exercise Ball

Lying on the floor, your feet should be resting on the exercise ball, with legs in table top position. Have your head slightly off the ground, and your arms straight out. Inhale, and extend your legs straight out, pushing the exercise ball forward. Hold for two seconds, exhale, and return to start position for one full rep.

Hi,

I think if we want to burn our calories and loss fat than we have to do some regular exercises and yoga. Exercise will help you out in this process and also contain a healthy diet and avoid Junk Food.
