Hi Everybody this is my first post on this amazing website and of course i need help
I am currently in grade 12 i think what you guys in the states call a senoir and i have never played serious football in my life and next year the Universty i am going to doesnt have rugby which is the sport that i have played for the past 6 years and i want to make the cross over to football. I am currently 5'9 215 and need to loose the fat and put on alot more muscle. I need help from anybody who has played DE or DT and can tell me what i need to work on as well as if somebody could help me build a plan that would help me loose weight and put on bulk muscle. The only Gym i have access to right now is the one at my school. Being a small school all we have is machines and a few dumbell free weights as well as tredmils and bikes. Any help would be a huge help
P.S if anybody could give me some tips on playing Defensive end and the basics of football defensive that would be awesome thanks again
