I am just editing this first post I made...is that what we are supposed to do?
For the challenge this week, I did something different every day, on top of my usual running/lifting/yoga workouts. For example, one day I took a long walk, one day I tried swimming a few laps, one day I tried hopscotch (it really was a workout, I promise! xD), and one day I shovelled sand for two hours. :D

GO TEAM!!! I'm so excited to be a part of a challenge again. Feels great!!! We are going to ROCK THIS!!!! I especially like the weekly challenges. Keeps me on my toes.

Week 1- Weight: 231.5 Total Exercise Min: 192 mins Bonus complete?: YES. I took the stairs at every opportunity at work and completed an exercise regime on YouTube when I wasn't at the gym.

Week 2- Weight: 230 Total Exercise Min: 192 Bonus complete?: YES! I realized after adding up my treadmill time that I do exactly 6 miles every week.

:seeya: Hello Everyone, I am so excited to join this team. Team B is going to rule this challenge!
The way I am going to approach this challenge is to eat 1500 calories a day. I will exercise 5 days a week for 30 minutes. I know might run into some road blocks, but I am sure you all will help me through it.

My starting weight is 200 pounds. I weighed in Sunday June 14, 2010.
My next weigh is June 20, 2010: I hope I lose 2 pounds :fingers cross:

Looks like the challenge this week is for one team member to walk, jog, or run for 6 miles. I already do this walking at least a couple of times a week so we are covered.
 
Starting weight 200 pounds.
Week 1- 197.5: 150 minutes: Bonus complete?: Yes, Monday, Wednesday and Friday I did 30 minutes of cardio (such as jump roping, jumping jacks, dancing, sit ups and etc) and Tuesday and Thursday I did strength training with cardio for 30 minutes. I use my resistance bands for strengthening exercising.
Week 2- 197: 120 minutes: Bonus Complete?: Yes, I did 120 minutes cardio and strength training through
out the week. I switch my exercise up by doing some Arabic dances on youtube.

June 21, 2010: Meal

Breakfast:
Oatmeal with Honey and banana
Slice of wheat bread with low fat butter

Lunch:
Deli Trio from Jack in the box-bad choice it has 640 calories

Dinner:
Vegetarian burger
Steam carrots
bake potatoe

Snack:
Grape fruit :p

Today I did 30 minutes of of jump roping, jumping jacks, sit ups and dancing
 
^^^^^That sound great. I have started to love oatmeal and sometimes have it for breakfast and dinner. I started off needing quite a bit of milk and a sweetner but now take it with mostly water and a milk top up and no sweetner. :)

Just wanted to let you guys know that I'm attempting to take up the ball and keep running with this challenge - so if any of you are still interested, please refer back to the main thread for the new challenge!! We're also going to dissolve the teams as a lot of people have dropped out over the weeks.
