I'm going to the zoo tomorrow so would the walking be considered as exercise?
 
Walking is exercise but do try to be reasonable if you stop to look at things all the time you can;t count the whole trip and should try to guesstimate how much actual walking you did.
 
Hello team A, :)

I am so very glad walking counts as an exercise. Of course if I walk, I'd count only the time I walk and if I have to slow down, or sit or stop this will not be considered.

Murr yesterday was lackluster for me, 20 mins of exercise consisting of weights and then squats to fulfill the bonus challenge. I am at least back in the habit of eating breakfast again so i don't end up binging at lunch.
 
I didn't get a chance to go to the zoo yesterday but instead walked on the treadmill and did some taebo (taebo for the challege)... After like 5 minutes of taebo I was all sweaty. Shows how unfit I am.
Anyways went to Applebees before I was gonna go to the zoo. Ate a quarter of my plate. Which is a shocker since I usually eat my whole plate plus eat what my son doesn't eat. But When I first sat down I hit my head on a lamp that was directly over my chair! and when I left I stood straight up and hit it again. I ended up with a headache all day.
But good thing I excercised before I went.

2-strawberry milk (about 20 oz total)
25% of a 7 oz steak (no steak sauce)
25% of a cup mashed potatoes (with garlic -YUM!)
1 cup steamed vegies (brocolli, carrot, cucumber)
1- lemonade (about 6-7 oz)
2- Cups of water (40 oz total)

6-14-10 - Monday - Day-2
1- Activia (strawberry)
1 cup of grapes
1-Tomato sandwich
1- cup of water

6-15-10 - Tuesday - Day-3
1- Activia
1- cup of chocolate milk
Turkey breast & Tomato sandwich
10 lays wavy chips (original)

6-16-10 - Wednesday - Day-4
1- Capri sun
2- Turkey & Tomato sandwich

6-17-10 - Thursday - Day-5

Week 1 bonus: For my exercise challenge I am back at doing my lunges and stretches. I wan't to do them because I want to be more flexible but they are boring and kinda hurt, but I'm trying.
 
Ok so monday was better than sunday, 25 min walk/ jog to the nearby park and back then 5 mins squats later in the evening. Bagle for breakfest again with a light bit of peanut butter. macaroni and cheese for dinner. I need to fix my sleep schedule becuase I keep ending up with only two meals.
 
tuesday was bagel and peanubutter for breakfest. Bunwith salami for lunch and porchops for dinner. 25 min exercise,sitsup, leg exercises and then 5 mins of squats. wednesdays was again bagle and peanut butter then bun with meat, dinner was chicken breast and mashed potatoes. 39 min walk then 5 min squats for exercise.

pilonidal sinus is acting up and may require a trip to the doctors.
 
No idea they haven't been on since the 9th * sighs* I give people a two week benefit of the doubt though if they don't show up my Wednesday next week I'll remove them so It doesn't hurt the team, same rule goes for all other teams absent members get removed for fairness.

thursday: another bagle and another bun( salami and cheese) for food ( followed by chinese for dinner becuase alex didn't wanna cook) did only 5 mins squats for exercise. I didn't need to see the doctor yet but that alone was my pain tolerance for the day due to the PS

Friday: food was mainly leftovers. Did 30 mins hand weights and 5 mins squats. PS is still not fully recovered but should be by sunday so I can work harder and do more calorie burning stuff

Edit: updated my official stats. This wasn't my best week guys and I intend to work harder next week. Weights every other day and walks or elliptical every day.I'm goignto take command of my eating and ask alex to buy foods I can make for myself for dinner in case she doesn't want to cook. I can do this !

Bah PS is being irritating again doctor may once again be required i'll know by friday.

up to 90 mins exercise so far ( 30 of which was done today while watching the new Jillian Micheals show) I've got better food in the house ( though this weeks lunches are buns and low fat turkey with miracle whip and i love miracle whip, portion control is harder)

1 sausage on bun with ketchup
late night snack
1 sausage on bun with ketchup.

food isn't perfect this week either but I am watching what i eat more and trying to eat meals rather than graze throughout the day
 
FML with dismal weight loss given how big i am. on the other hand I did really bad at portion control on dinner and i never did get those extra exercise sessions in. I've been letting myself coast way too much.
 
I don't know that I'm going to compete in any challenges on this site after the end of this month, so I'm pulling out. I'm sorry if this messes up teams or you need to reorganize.

Just wanted to let you guys know that I'm attempting to take up the ball and keep running with this challenge - so if any of you are still interested, please refer back to the main thread for the new challenge!! We're also going to dissolve the teams as a lot of people have dropped out over the weeks.
