Laying Down - Back Pain

Ever since I hit 14 or 15, I've had this annoyance that always bugged me. After every day, whether I worked hard or not, as I lay down to sleep, once I exhale I get a pain go all throughout my back. It's never been unbearable pain and usually goes away after 3 or 4 exhales, so I never felt like going or asking someone about it, but, I find myself on this website and I'm curious, so if anybody has any information, thanks.

I would definitely go see a doctor because there is just no telling what it is. That way you find out 100% and you get accruate advice. GOOD LUCK and keep us posted.

do you have scoliosis? i have it, and because of it, i will have the same problem every now and then. when my back hurts like that though it is around one area like just the upper back or lower back.

Check out nucca chiropractic care - I enjoyed it.

It's NOT standard chiropractic and doesn't involve twisting or crunching.

To me it sounds like you have very tight hip flexors. I have the exact same problem, sometimes I can't sleep for 20-30 minutes...

You need to stretch your hip flexors and strengthen your glutes.
