Actually no, my g/f bought me a package of tanning for my birthday. Not something I would do or have ever done before but I didn't didn't want to disappoint her. She loves the results so who cares. Yes I have come a long way in 5 months, I hope so cause I haven't had a life since I started this lol. But it's worth it.

i got all this from 12 months work.... started out being the skinniest guy i knew :) and now i can bench 120 - 130 kg's... kickass progress id say

now im just gonna focus on bulking up and putting more effort into my arms and my abs... :cool:

edit (btw i only justturned 17)
