Sport late night snacking

hey, i work at night usually and dont get home till about 10:30. Then i am soo hungry. I wind up eating basically a second dinner. it's horrible. does anyone have any suggestions to curb my appetite???? Thanks
 
It's difficult to advise without knowing what your day looks like otherwise. I eat 6 times a day so eat 2 dinners anyway -- around 7pm and again at 9.30 pm. There's no reason why you can't eat after work as long as you don't exceed you daily calories.
What you can do is divide your usual dinner portion into 2 and have it 2-3 hours apart or just make sure you don't go so hungry by having a healthy snack at work like tuna sandwich or chicken breast wrap. If eating at work is a problem for you have a protein bar during your toilet break.
 
I agree with hello_kitty. Post some additional information. If you're not already eating 5-6 times per day then I'd start by incorporating that into your life. That in and of itself could curb cravings.

Thats the best way to gain weight if you're really underweight you should eat late around 12am in the Morning something really fattening an Heavy but for people who are trying to loose weight pls stop eating around 7pm.

Please don't just interject with random ideas based on zero research.

A plain salad for dinner...no good. You need protein EVERY MEAL.

My wife and I have been steadily losing fat for 2 months now, and we eat at 10-11pm every night.

Also, you don't want a fattening food. You want a meal with plenty of fat in it, to curb appetite. fattening and fat rich food are not the same thing.
