Wondering if anyone has any suggestions.
I have been bringing my weight down over the months, I was at 192 lb and am down to 163lb but had really set myself a target of 155 but am finding it impossible to get rid of those last few pounds. I know this is a common problem but I can't understand how I can stay the same weight.
I got steady loss by upping my exercise and cutting back on the food to reach 163, but I have stuck at this weight now for about 2 months. The last three weeks I have cut back on food and increased exercise and I loose a couple of pounds but it goes right back on.
I have stopped eating breakfast, lunch is reduced to a small bowl of soup and an apple and a small dinner. I do one hour of hard cycling every day a mid week2 hour cardio workout and at least a 10k run at the weekend. I am 55 years old, my blood pressure is 120/72 and I have an at rest heart rate of 55. Based on my routine I would guess I should be getting through about 2800cal but I am not eating that, so what am I doing wrong?
Thanks for reading.
