Hi. I am currently 115 pounds and i want to lose about 7 more. My goal is 108. I work out 5-6 times a week. Which includes a half hour of cardio and strength training. I eat pretty well, lots of protein. I get about 1500-1600 calories a day. I also am currently hydroxycut. What can I do to lose these last 7 pounds??? I want to lose it in the next month!
