Last 7 pounds..help

Hi. I am currently 115 pounds and i want to lose about 7 more. My goal is 108. I work out 5-6 times a week. Which includes a half hour of cardio and strength training. I eat pretty well, lots of protein. I get about 1500-1600 calories a day. I also am currently hydroxycut. What can I do to lose these last 7 pounds??? I want to lose it in the next month!
 
eat a lot more greens and make sure you don't decrease your caloric intake. This will make sure that you don't lower your metabolism.

You can also up the intensity on your cardio by doing a 6 week HIIT cardio program. Try googling it the top 10 results are quite interesting. It's what I advise some of my subscribers in my site. It works most of the time :)

7 pounds is definitely doable :)
