Last 10 pounds...:[ Help please!

I have 10 more pounds to go before I reach my goal weight. :[ I seem to have reached a huge plateau.

My diet is..."okay". I enjoy/cheat sometimes, but it is in very moderate amounts. If I eat a burger I only eat that-- perhaps even half, and no fries.

My regular day is usually:

Morning: 3/4 Cup Cereal w/ Skim Milk
Afternoon: 6-inch Wheat sub with only turkey and lettuce (Maybe one slice of cheese)
[It can also be a salad or any meal under 400-ish calories...]
Dinner: I eat whatever is for dinner, but always make the healthiest choice. Since "rice" is a staple in our house I only eat 1/2 cup and pick at some of the meat or veggies that Mom cooks.

I try to go to my school's gym 3 times a week...It's usually for 40-ish minutes.

I'm afraid that my metabolism has slowed significatly because of my consistent dieting for a year. Should I add more exercise? How often? For how long? What kind of exercises should I do?

Should I change my diet? Should I include some "higher calorie" days in order to raise my metabolism?

I will appreciate ANY advice. :[ I am desperate for help.

Below is a list that will teach you how to Drop Inches without stress, without sweating, just having fun.

1. Use the “2-Minute Concept” of exercising
You don’t need to go through all the previous long hours of workout. The maximum amount of time you would need to exercise at a time is 2-3 minutes. That’s it. Nothing more. This concept is very powerful, it helps boost the metabolism much more than long hours of workout. It can be even done at home without going to the gym. Exercise suggestions to make this work at home… jumping on a mini-trampoline, jumping jacks, hula hooping, standing long jumps, standing high jumps, and jumping rope.

You can pick one of the aforementioned or mix them up and just make sure you do at least 2 minutes of the one or the mixture when you have the chance. The perfect time is during commercials. They are usually around 2-3 minutes and they give you some good rest before the next commercials comes on. You can pick 10 different commercials throughout the day to carryout your 2 minutes workout or just go for a straight 1 hour doing every commercial. Either way will get you 20 minutes of cardio.

2. Change your snacks eating habit not your regular meals.
Changing meals is very difficult not I would not advice you to do that if you can’t do it. I have worked with so many people and what I have been able to figure is that if you may work on someone’s eating habits, you must first work on their snacking. You don’t have to change your meal. I am going to show you a way that will force you eat less without even knowing it.

What I Want is for you to focus your snackings around : each day, eat 2-3 apples and 2-3 low calorie (80 or less) yogurts. These foods contain high protein which will tide you over your meals and also allow you to eat much more lesser than you naturally will.

Using these tips will help you to drop inches fast.
If you’re SICK and TIRED of getting the same old boring weight loss advice… you know, like “Eat more fruits and vegetables, drink 8 glasses of water, jog, and Blah Blah Blah”.
