Ladies! Jogging friendly bra?

:cheeky:

I did a searh for 'bra' and didn't see anything. So please pardon if this sounds kinda weird (not really).

I've been using a treadmill here lately, nothing even remotely extreme - mostly a fast walk.

The reason I haven't started to 'jog' is because of the fear factor of my boobs juggling my entire body to ablivian and hurting like hell afterwards.

So - What type of sports bra do you recommend to keep things tight and wiggle jiggle free? I'm 5'6" 145lbs with 34C and I normally wear underwire bras. I've had sports bras before but they just never cut it. I don't necessarily wanna spend a fortune on 'em either.

Thanks for the tips!

Any woman above a B cup should consider wearing 2 sports bras together.

I opt for the Champion bras - there are two different ones I alternate between, the Action and the Powersleek (I think those are the names). If you can wait a bit, they have semi-annual sales on all of their bras for $20 with free shipping. I think they are close to due to having one.

Good luck.

Thanks! Mabye I'll stick with the elliptical for now until I can find better support. I'll definately check-out the website/sales. Any paticular website to purchase from - Amazon or others? Is it Champion directly?
The last time I ordered regular bras from an online source (small shop I guess), they went bellyup and my money went with it.

I used to wear the typical support bras but after washing them too many times, they just didn't hold up. Hold up... (laugh)

Maybe jogging just isn't for me.... The elliptical will work if I can't venture into jogging.

Thanks Everyone!!

What a shame...you'd be removing such a lovely site from the world ;)

You can do it!

I have found that performing the "hands bra" from behind provides much more support and also the ability to provide the supportee with a little nudge for incentive if needed too...lol

I have to wear 2 sports bras, I have always had to wear 2. In high school I was a large D and very slim, now Im a DDD and it always helps to wear two. For some reason it helps with my breathing. It doesnt feel like im having to put as much effort into my breathing.
