Hello,
New here, so hoping I can find a way to reach my goals.
I have lost good amounts of weight through weight watchers a couple times (2001, and 2006) then in 2013, my doctor prescribed me a appetite suppressant (phentermine/adipex). I lost a good amount of weight I would say 25-30 lbs. However, my lifestyle changed after I stopped taking it and then I gained all of the weight I lost back and then some.
I refuse to let myself be this heavy, but I have challenges I need help with. Basically my boyfriend and I have different ways of eating so I need to find a way to mesh them together. We have been living together a few months. He likes sweets and carbs, etc. He doesn't believe that white rice, etc make you fat and he lost weight before eating one meal a day. That doesn't work for me. I need some simple solutions. Basically it will be 2 different meals, and on the weekend we eat takeout one of those days and sometimes once during the week. Most of the time its Chinese or pizza.
Also, I have no energy so its so hard to work out after work. Most of the time I will work out 1-2 days and then the rest of the week will be a flop. Same with my eating habits. I will start out good during the week and by the weekend, I will have ruined it. I haven't even weighed myself in months but I know I need to lose a good 50 lbs.
