La Summer boomtang

Monday is my last day before I'm off on study leave and basically have huge hours on my hands. Mainly for study and exams, but the fact is I will also have many for getting in tip top shape.

Atm I am about:

11 Stone 10/11 (morning weight) which is 164/165 lbs
About 183 cm (6ft)

I have from May 12th to September 5th/6th/7th or something like that for training. However. Exams until 20th June, but that shouldn't effect me too much.

I am hoping to bulk up to 175lbs, making large strength gains, and also starting a running schedule in maybe July. Basically by September I want to be bigger/faster/stronger.

For my workout I am thinking about using Defranco's Skinny Bastards Programme III, putting the weights of my lifts up over time, while doing core work at home.

However, I'm not sure whether there is a more suitable programme out there for my needs that anyone knows of? Or if I should just create my own programme? I don't want to waste this summer. It's prime time for fitness.

I know some of you guys can help me make the best decision. So fire away ;)
 
hey!! that's yer eyeball in that avie. are you looking over your arm or what the ehck ya got there?

I got a new monitor or my home office and I can see you in there now. :p

oh and P.S. I have read thru and herad some great testimony on DeFranco's. I hope you pick that, and I hope you will log for us so we can watch and see you.
 
Yeah, defo. thinking of Defranco's! Although may replace the dynamic lower day with repetition lower for a couple of weeks.

It's my pillow actually mate :p I've got tons of pics from about a year ago taken on my bed (not in a naughty sense lol)
