L-Carnitine

Is this some kind of Creatine? Or what is this stuff? I hear its something about burning fat, can anyone tell me what this is?

It's and amino acic that helps transport fatty acids into the mitochondria where they can be used for energy

It assists with burning fatty acids as energy so yes, it will help with fat loss but you better make sure your diet is in check because no suppliment is worth the money if you don't have your diet dialed in.

I use it when cutting.

L-CArnitine = CAR
What LV said about CAR is true,
Carnitine is mainly used to transport Fatty acids into cells and the Mitochondria. and also (to some degree) increases the rate of which the liver "oxidizes" fats.
Among other things it has been shown (to one level or another) Raise HDL,Lower Blood Triglycerides. over all it is wise to use in when trying to loose weight.

I would suggest 2,000mg daily (preferably in two doses)

Hey thanks for the info. Would the Walgreens brand work?

It only has 500 mg would I be able to drink 4 a day to make the 2000 mg per day?
