i am an euro biggie, aged 26. I have had issues with weight since childhood. i gained 123kg till my 16, then in 1 year ive got to 75kg, managed to stay there till started college, which added slowly in 5 years 15kg, i was ok with them 90s, but i gained even more due to the loss of my father and quiting smoking getting now to a stunning 135kg, well now im 132, started weightloss process 5 days ago. Good luck to you all. i.ve posted this novel to let people know that brain is the major jerk which we need to fight with all our lives. there is no diet, diets do what ive stated above, adopting the new lifestyle forever is the real key.

i want to try the babystep method, so id say 10kg (aproximatley 22pounds) per month- at least first months when im still big and is easyer to get that kind of amount down. and the overall goal is 50kg (110pounds) in mabe a year, hopefully.
 
so far im limiting myself to 1700 calories, just eating healthy stuff, no werid methods, i think is called the mediteranean diet by fancy people(lol). i go to gym 5days a week.i do 1,15 hr cardio(walking from 3,8 to 4,8km/h at inclines waring from 2-12, i like intervals, also eliptical sometimes) 15min weight exercices(legs abbs mostly) stuff and 5-10min of sauna. thats my hustle, lol
