Krill Oil

Read about this on the Barefoot Fitness site and picked some up yesterday, started it this morning. Erm, to be indelicate, it makes a terrible smell when I pee! Anyone else use this or know if this effect will go away?

It could put a serious damper on my social life, that smell. Unless it is going to make me able to leap tall buildings and the fat to melt off my body like a cheap candle wax, I am having reservations. :confused4:

If you want your Omega's/good fats, just take Fish/Flax oil, that is special coated to prevent "burps", and leave it at that.

Krill Oil has a substantially higher antioxidant and antiinflammatory benefit than regular fish oil. I also take Flax oil.

It might be worth some short term negative side effect if it helps me build better muscle and lose more body fat but I agree that flax and fish oil are beneficial.

I am always looking for the bigger and better of the supplements I take given that I invest in my physique the time, energy and money to be my best. I am considering switching to taking it at night. Maybe that will help?! :)

Are there really that many people you're trying to impress around while you're peeing?

Haha. Hmmm, this is tough to expand on without total embarassment but it the odor might not *just* be while peeing... catch my drift? I have someone in my life I wouldn't want to get the wrong idea about my southern regions' health. Fishy smells are never a good sign.
