none. everything this stuff is based on are outright lies. sad way to sell a product.

number of scientific studies done on kre-alkalyn = 0
number of scientific studies done on creatine monohydrate = lots

zero evidence to support ANYTHING works more effectively than monohydrate.
 
I am now using Kre-Alkalyn and can tell it is working. It really gives me energy to work out. I'm sure they all do and I have been reading many of your posts malkore saying that it is all hype and that it is much more expensive than monohydrate but I can tell that it works and I don't think I got that bad of a price on it. I got 120 capsules for $13 taking a serving size of two (1.5grams). But if you have more information on it I would be very interested.
