Current Stats:

165 pounds
29.8% body fat
115 pounds lean body mass

Projections:
22% body fat = 148 pounds
18% body fat = 141 pounds

So I have about 17-24 pounds to lose to get to a healthy body fat. I only weigh myself 1 time a week now and I will get my body fat checked every 1-2months.

My current calorie needs to maintain my weight are 2200-2300. To lose weight I will eat 1400-1700 calories a day and NO LESS! My carbs will be 200-275 gram, Protein is 50-60 grams and Fat is 35-40 grams.

I will eat 4-6 mini meals a day and drink 100-128 oz of water.

Meal 1: 1 cup Go Lean Kashi, 1 cup light vanilla soymilk, .25 oz slivered almonds, splenda
*Multivitamin, 400mcg Chromium, 4g Fish oil

Meal 2: 4 reduced fat Triscuits, 1 slice American cheese, 1 cup butternut squash soup

Meal 3: 1 slice WW bread, 2 oz Lean Ham

Meal 4: 2 cups Eggplant and Spinach Tofu Lasagna (Homemade by Me! )
*1 Citracal with added Vitamin D

Meal 5: 1 slice WW bread, 1 T natural PB
Shake: 1/2 cup light OJ, 1/2 cup light soymilk, 1/2 cup strawberries

Meal 6: 2 eggos, 3 T sugar free syrup
*1 Citracal with Vit D

Totals:
1543 calories
52 fat
208 carbs
76 protein
34 fiber





Rest Day.....no exercise

Meal 1: 1/2 c Oats, 1/2 c blueberries, 1/2 oz walnuts, cinnamon and splenda

Meal 2: 1 cup Eggplant/Spinach/Tofu Lasagna (leftovers)

Meal 3: 1 slice WW bread with 1 T ground peanuts, Shake with 1/2 c light OJ, 1/2 c light soymilk and 1/2 c strawberries

Meal 4: 1 cup Veg Lasagna(more leftovers! I made enough to last me 3 days....lol)

Meal 5: 1/4 cup raisins and 1/2 oz almonds

Meal 6: Lean Cuisine Spinach and mushroom pizza

Meal 7: 2 slices ww light bread, 2 slices lean ham, mustard and 1 thick slice of tomato

Totals:
1617 cals
53 fat
229 carbs
72 protein
37 fiber


WOW my fiber has been awesome the past few days!




Workout:
30 minutes cardio
45 minutes FULL body weight training

-->ADD after dinner a 45 minute slow walk!!

Total: 120 minutes

Today is going ok but my knee injury is still killing me. I may have to go to the doctor about it. It happened last Tuesday when I was doing some kicking.

Meal 1: Veggie Lasagna

Meal 2: 2 slices oroweat light bread, 2 slices lean ham, mustard, 1 slice cheese, 1 large slice tomato, 1/2 cup cooked spinach, 1 cup light OJ

Meal 3: 1/2 cup trail mix (almonds, cashews, dried fruit and chocolate chips)

Meal 4: Veggie Lasagna (last of the leftovers!)

Meal 5: 1 Pria bar (I needed something chocolate!! ), Lean Cuisine Margherita pizza

More meals coming soon!

*Still getting my 400mcg Chromium, multivitamin, 2 Citracals and 4g Fish oil with 110 oz water

Workout:

45 minute slow walk, it is getting warm here finally and was almost 50!

I'm getting ready to do some more cardio and pilates and will post it when I'm done!

I finished my night with a brisk 15 minute walk and 20 minutes of Pilates with Denise Austin! :D

Today was ok, I was kinda lazy most of the day just reading and sitting a lot but I did get in my exercise of course!

Meal 1: Pria bar

Meal 2: 2 slices oroweat light ww bread, 2 slices lean ham, mustard, 1 slice tomato, 3/4 cup trail mix

Meal 3: 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup kidney beans, 1/2 cup tomatoes and green chilis, 1 T FF sour cream

Meal 4: Wendy's Frescata Club sandwich without mayo, Wendy's strawberry yogurt and granola

Totals:
1373 cals
40 fat
203 carbs
64 protein
25 fiber

The meal 4 really filled me up so I wasn't able to get all my meals and calories in today. I almost made it to 1400. :(

Workout:
25 minutes cardio
35 minutes strength training

Total: 60 minutes
 
Hope your knee gets better- I screwed up both my knees a while back and every now and then I feel it, definately not fun!!!

This weekend was absolutely horrible as far as food goes! I feel so mad at myself for eating out so much and I didn't exercise except for 90 minutes walking on Saturday. UGH!!!!

I don't even want to look at the scale today and I won't LOL. I'm going to drink lots of water today to flush all this sodium from eating out....OUT!

I must find ways that I won't undo all my good work on the weekends. It seems like I get lazy and I just don't care about eating right when Friday night/Saturday/Sunday is here.

I'm back on the wagon today though! Hopefully I can not have one of those weekends this coming weekend!
