Sport kraft mac and cheese healthy or bad?

You only need to post each thread once. I'm going to delete the other one, since this is where it belongs.

Cheese is in the name, just look at the nutrition facts and that'll tell you everything you need to know

You could've answered his question while at it you lazy arse. =P

No, not really. Not nutritious at all, regardless of what the stupid bunny says.

I had typed it out actually, but sounded really..what's it called..rude and sarcastic, so I deleted it and just left that as a small consolation

cheese is high in calcium but also high in fat. You can get the calcium you need from 2 glasses of milk.

I dont know what a kraft mac is tho. maybe its a yank thing?

Back to the topic.....

There is NOTHING wrong with "REAL" cheese in a diet as it contributes to ones daily saturated fat intake. As for the kraft mac and cheese, its garbage. Full of processed cheese mixed with a whole bunch of butter, milk and then put on top of pasta.

That's a fat storage nightmare if you ask me.

Anybody?

I didn't think so.
