There is NOTHING wrong with "REAL" cheese in a diet as it contributes to ones daily saturated fat intake. As for the kraft mac and cheese, its garbage. Full of processed cheese mixed with a whole bunch of butter, milk and then put on top of pasta.
That's a fat storage nightmare if you ask me.
