Well, being new to the forum, I've decided to step right into the action. For those who don't know me, I'm kingofqueens, also known as KQ, I'm a 16 yr old aussie boy, and I weigh 93 kg and I am 179 cm tall. I'm looking to lose 10 kg in 8 weeks, but any more over more time is what I'm looking for, perhaps in the 70-80 kg range will make me feel much better about myself
So, down to the details:
Since I already have a relatively healthy diet, (if I could just cut out all the extras), I'm sure that I can manage to lose weight with my current meals. I guess skipping the cheese, sugary products, high calorie snack foods will help me significantly.
I'm also trying to attend the gym as much as I possibly can. Wait, no I'll change that, it sounds like I'm making an excuse to get out of it. I WILL attend the gym 5-6 days a week for at least 45 minutes of cardio work. I don't know how many calories I have to burn a week to lose weight, (if you guys could assist me here it'd be appreciated ) but I'm sure that 5-6 days a week for 45 min or more will push me along the way.
