hmm... i don't know that many, and in fact i could probably use some too, but here are some that I do know... i don't have any helpful likes with pictures but here ya go anyways...
first, lumbar roll... clasp your hands in front of you, palms out, and push outwards...
second, lay on your back, cross one leg over your body, keep your shoulders on the ground, i believe you'll feel this in your lower back
third, lay on your back, draw your knees to your chest - again for the lower back.
That's probably not too helpful, but it's at least something!
