After many years of sitting on my ass doing next to nothing (after a big health scare) and bad posture issues during to working with computers I managed to some lower back pain bad pain.
My Osteo has more less corrected the lower back issues and I joined a local gym and dropped some 10kgs. I can now run 5km in under 30mins on a regular basis. Doing some weights, bike, swimming, etc.
One of my issues is knee pain mainly from wrong feet positioning. Turned outwards not parallel (or straight out in front)
When trying to do lunges or swats I can feel knee pain below my knee cap. My Osteo say it will improve over time with training.
My Question is anyone got any tips on how to build up or strength my knees?
