Hello All! So here I am i've been searching and looking at the forums for a while and now its time to start my own Diary. I'll start with my stats and goals. Im a 20 year old male 5'7 weighing in at 240 pounds. Hopeing to get down to 190 pounds or so. I was a wrestler all through highschool so I know what it means to lose weight. I'm going to try the 1,200 Calorie a day diet. Going to try uping my water intake. Ill update my Food and exercise every evening. Well heres my start!
