Killing Fat With Diet Kung Fu

Hello All! So here I am i've been searching and looking at the forums for a while and now its time to start my own Diary. I'll start with my stats and goals. Im a 20 year old male 5'7 weighing in at 240 pounds. Hopeing to get down to 190 pounds or so. I was a wrestler all through highschool so I know what it means to lose weight. I'm going to try the 1,200 Calorie a day diet. Going to try uping my water intake. Ill update my Food and exercise every evening. Well heres my start!
 
Good Luck. Sounds like a plan...maybe a little low on the calories. What do you normally eat?

What weight did you wrestle in high school ?

This should be a walk in the park for a 20 yr old ex-wrestler. At least you can take your time with this deal.

I normally Eat lots of meat. During my diet ill be eating chicken breast, tuna, hamburger patty's, eggs. Ill Also be eating vegetables. Oatmeal In the morning.
