Killer Tactics to Remain Relaxed

The first step of improving your mind is to free yourself of any
unnecessary muscle tension. Excess anxiety hampers and makes
your physical moves more difficult. The objective is to get relaxed
and loose. Take about 5 minutes a day for a week to learn how to
loosen up. Lay on your bed with back down with loose,
comfortable clothes and no shoes.
