Otherwise know as the hunter gather diet. I have seem to plateau with my weight loss, although I've still been losing inches from my gut, I will embark on the hunter/ gather lifestyle, so in short, if you can pluck it or pick it and its a fruit or vegetable I'll eat it and if it can be caught, kill, and exposed to fire and is part of the animal kingdom I will eat it. (Please note this excludes humans).
 
Sorry should have said kill it or gather it. I wonder why I put eat, must have been a Freudian slip.
 
That sounds like an interesting approach. You'll avoid the some of evils of the modern food processing industry such as refined flours and added sugars.

What do you favour, though, shotgun or bow and arrow? :) :) :)
 
i have had similar thoughts before myself, and the ideas behind it are not as insane as it might originally sound, lol. especially when you call it the "kill or gather diet". haha, good laugh on that one.

just remember that calories in vs calories out is still in effect. if you go and eat 10 pounds of freshly slaughtered wild game a day, youre still going to get fat. im sure you already realize that though, however, some others might not.

if you really want to step up the weight loss, take it outside, lol. take just the bare essentials, and go live in the woods for a month. hunt and catch your own food, or gather, etc, and im sure youll come back with some pounds off.
 
Hey, isn't this the "Survivor" diet? lol Like the reality show? They lost so much weight doing the hunting and gathering.
