if you google that string "kidney failure from excessive exercise" it returns a few medical publications which mention it...

what exactly excessive exercise is - doesn't seem to be explained...

yes I googled it too...bubt it just explained the what it causes....Not how to prevent it.

I really want to know how excessive the exercise has to be to be excessive enough to cause kidney problems....

I work out pretty hard, and I am scared about that...
