kickboxing

kick boxing is probably one of the best activities for losing weight as it is very intense and will also help build muscle (which increases your efficiency in burning fat)
 
Tough workout

if you are a beginner in exercise kickboxing is pretty demanding.
i could not keep up at the beginning which is frustrating.
but when you get in better shape it is one of the most intense workouts you can do.;)
