*its IMPORTANT to drink 2cups of water before every meal especially before breakfast
*dont add SALT because it traps fluid in your body

I dont' care for this diet at all. Congrats to you if you lost and maintained a weight loss...but it looks really low in cals (<800cals) and nutrients. And a 6lb loss every week is not healthy. While I like your lunch, and SOME of of your rules, everything else looks like chicken scratch. Your snack is 4 pieces of lettuce and tea?? really? I'll pass.

this diet shouldnt be done more than a week so its good. i mean you do it for a week & rest for another 1or2 weeks then do it again i dont know about you but it worked for me

I dont' see the benefit of "starving" for a week...wheres that gonna get you in the long run?

Actually in the long run it won't. See, what you are doing here is a crash diet that hurts the body and is unrealistic for long term weight loss. Most people will regain that weight because you don't learn the cornerstones of a healthy lifestyle. Knowledge about portion sizes, nutrition, calories, and simply making the smarter choices in your diet (and I mean diet as what you eat everyday, not a weight loss plan).

To be honest, this diet is very much the wrong message to give people on weight loss.
